Easy Ways to Conquer Fat Genetics

Much is being said about recent studies about fat genes that cause people to be naturally overweight. The message of most of this is that it’s not your fault if you are fat: it’s biology and the environment.

I’m sure that genes have a part to play in the big picture, but I also think it’s dangerous to start believing that you have to be fat.Regardless of heredity, I think you are better off avoiding that type of self restricting thought: you should rather believe that you are in charge! How to lose weight fast might be elusive for you, but you can still do it.

So what if you have bad genetic composition? That’s not enough to force you to stay overweight and unhealthy: you can overcome that obstacle. I’m not being insensitive: I understand that weight loss might be more difficult for some people because of heredity.

When we are born we have no more control over the color of our hair than we do the chemistry within our body.

Ectomorphs, mesomorphs and endomorphs are kinds of bodies people have been classified into by a Harvard psychologist. The ectomorphs are thin and usually don’t have weight problems even if they eat a lot.

The ones who are born athletes are the ones who can lose fat and gain muscle easily: these are the mesomorphs. The endomorphs have the most trouble because they have slow metabolisms and retain fat and find it difficult to be healthy in size.

Part of the endomorphic problem is that they have metabolic issues with carbohydrates, producing too much insulin.  You can read about this in a weight loss forum.

The condition they develop is a resistance to insulin, resulting in weight gain. So while you may have a legitimate health issue, you need to find ways to overcome it rather than let yourself be limited by it. So keep doing those six pack ab exercises!
